Instructor Biography

Michael James Shipley is a British IELTS lecturer with over 15 years of experience in teaching English to adult students. Michael specializes in teaching conversation skills and business English. Michael currently work as a IELTS business instructor.

Study Goals

By the end of this unit, students will be able to:

1. Understand basic conversation phrases
2. Use basic conversation phrases in a polite and friendly manner
3. Explain what is a conversation
4. Maintain a good, balanced flow of conversation
5. Deliver friendliness and respond appropriately
